We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, setup, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day campaign execution, testing, reporting, and performance improvements, working closely with the Paid Media Manager to drive consistent growth, innovation, and results across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other channels.
Responsibilities
Set up, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other platforms
Implement campaign structures aligned to strategy, objectives, and budgets
Manage on-page boosting and content amplification to support organic and campaign content
Ensure correct tracking, tagging, and platform best practices are applied
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
Test audiences, creative, formats, placements, and messaging to improve results
Identify opportunities for performance improvements and scalable growth
Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
Compile regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Track spend, performance, and key metrics against agreed KPIs
Highlight wins, challenges, and optimisation opportunities to the Paid Media Manager
Support month-on-month growth strategies through data-driven insights
Work closely with the Paid Media Manager to execute paid media strategies
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and social media teams to ensure creative is optimised for paid performance
Support campaign planning, launches, and testing initiatives
Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all paid activity
