Are you ready to lead transformative change? EXL is seeking an experienced Transitions Manager to drive end-to-end platform transitions for global clients using Agile methodologies.

The Transitions Lead will be responsible for overseeing the successful migration and transition of platforms for EXL clients from existing legacy systems to EXL platforms. The role involves planning, coordination, and management of transition activities, ensuring smooth implementation and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO operations, project management, platform migration/integration, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with both onshore clients and offshore teams.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to define vision, scope, and deliverables.
• Lead planning, execution, and post go‑live support for platform transitions.
• Collaborate across enterprise teams to showcase business value and integrate EXL’s cutting‑edge solutions—automation, analytics, and process re‑engineering.
• Manage sprint backlogs, timelines, and resource strategies.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management throughout the transition lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies like Generative AI, machine learning, and dynamic analytics.

• 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years in project management
• Ability to package and present solutions effectively.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and travel as needed.
• Create effective, grammatically correct and compliant written communications and demonstrate effective listening and soft skills, engaging in effective dialogue through proper, clear, and effective verbal communication.
