As a Head of Technology (iGaming Brands) you will combine expertise in SEO performance optimisation, marketing technology, user experience and affiliate platforms to ensure that our websites are not only technically sound but also aligned with strategic business goals. With a leader dedicated to these areas we can elevate our digital footprint, enhance customer experiences and maximise revenue potential through effective affiliate programs and martech integrations.

We are looking for a results‑driven leader who can shape our technology strategy, guide engineering leads and ensure efficient high‑quality delivery. Your role will be key in driving innovation, scaling Agile practices and aligning our technology efforts with broader business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting Technology Direction:
    Define, communicate and execute the team’s technology roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • User Experience Enhancement
    :
    Champion initiatives to improve website usability, accessibility and overall user experience through innovative technological solutions.
  • Affiliate Program Management
    :
    Strategise, implement and manage affiliate programs to expand the reach and revenue generation potential of the website.
  • SEO Optimization
    :
    Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic acquisition.
  • Performance Enhancement
    :
    Oversee the implementation of performance optimisation techniques to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
  • Managing Direct Reports:
    Lead direct reports including engineering leads, product managers, architects and agile coaches by providing mentorship, performance guidance and professional development.
  • Ensuring Delivery & Quality:
    Oversee project timelines and quality standards, balancing speed with robustness and ensuring every release meets our objectives.
  • Driving Scaled Agile Adoption:
    Champion Agile methodologies implementing best practices to improve collaboration and efficiency across all pods.
  • Architectural Oversight:
    Work with architects and engineering leads to review and refine architectures ensuring alignment, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
  • Resource Allocation & Budgeting:
    Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets for technology initiatives in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner with other Heads of Technology and business units to align strategies, share knowledge and drive overarching company goals.
  • Risk & Compliance Management:
    Identify and mitigate risks related to security, compliance and technical debt while maintaining regulatory and operational standards.
  • Promote a High‑Performance Culture:
    Foster a culture of learning, accountability and innovation encouraging feedback loops, retrospectives and adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
