We are seeking a Junior SAP SAC / BW Consultant with 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience to join our growing consulting team. The successful candidate will support the design, development, and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions across SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, and SAP S/4

HANA environments.

This role is ideal for a consultant who is technically strong, eager to grow in a ылай client‑facing consulting environment, and passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights.

• Assist in the design, development, and support of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards, stories, and planning models
• Develop and maintain SAP BW / BW on HANA data models, queries, and extractors
• Support data integration from SAP S/4
  
  HANA into BW and SAC
• Participate in requirements gathering
  , workshops, and solution design with clients
• Build and optimize KPIs, reports, and dashboards aligned to business needs
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting across reporting solutions
• Support transport management

• Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams on project delivery
• Provide post‑go‑live support and minor enhancements where required

• 2‑3 years’ experience as a SAP BW / SAC Consultant or in a similar analytics role
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – stories, models, and connections
• Experience working with SAP BW (BW on HANA preferred)
• Exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA data structures (CDS views, extractors, or ODP)
• Basic understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and reporting best practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage business users

• Exposure to SAC Planning or Predictive features
• Knowledge of ABAP for BW (debugging, enhancements – basic level)
• Experience in a consulting environment
