About the Role

We’re searching for an experienced Hubspot CRM Specialist to join our team supporting one of our clients. As a Hub Spot CRM Specialist you will lead complex Hub Spot onboardings, migrations, and implementations, optimizing the platform across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations. Acting as a Hub Spot subject matter expert, you will provide hands‑on configuration, technical support‑level expertise, and strategic collaboration to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the full customer lifecycle.

You will also stay current on Hub Spot product updates to ensure clients benefit from the latest features and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Hub Spot Onboarding, Migration, and Implementation
    • Lead and manage the end‑to‑end process for onboarding new clients, migrating existing data, and implementing Hub Spot solutions across various hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, etc.).
  • Hub Spot Audits:
    Optimization and Configuration
    • Customize and optimize the Hub Spot platform to align with the unique requirements of each client’s marketing, sales, customer success, and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration into their existing workflows.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting
    • Serve as a Hub Spot expert providing in-depth technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring clients can fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
  • Collaboration on Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategies that align business goals with Hub Spot’s features, helping clients optimize their processes and improve overall business outcomes.
  • Implementation of Tailored Solutions
    • Be hands‑on in creating custom workflows, reports, automation, and configurations within Hub Spot to tailor the platform to meet specific client needs.
  • Staying Updated with Hub Spot Product Developments
    • Continuously stay current with Hub Spot’s latest product updates, new feature launches, and best practices, ensuring clients benefit from the platform’s most recent innovations.
  • Collaboration with Customer Success
    • Work closely with your Hub Spot CSM / Strategist to deliver successfully to Penguins customers.
  • Requirements
    • Minimum of 3 years as a Hub Spot Admin and a deep understanding of the Hub Spot ecosystem.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong problem‑solving capabilities and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
    • Hub Spot Trainer Certification, Hub Spot Marketing Software, Sales Software, and Service Hub Certifications.
