As part of our global expansion, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our fast‑growing international team as we establish our new office in South Africa. This role presents a chance to play a pivotal part in shaping our regional presence and contributing to our continued global success.
Mission / Purpose of the Role
To lead the design, development, and execution of innovative learning strategies that strengthen organizational capability and performance both within j. awan & partners and across its client base. The role will build a culture of continuous learning through advanced, tech‑enabled programs and serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring learning outcomes are directly aligned with business objectives.
