We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide the insights that power smarter decision-making. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and proving marketing’s impact in high-stakes B2B environments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution across platforms.
  • Design scalable processes to support both mid-market campaigns (hundreds of leads) and enterprise campaigns (fewer, high-value opportunities).
  • Align marketing metrics with business outcomes and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
  • Continuously optimize workflows and establish best practices for reporting, data management, and automation.
  • CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations
    , with proven B2B business services experience.
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Background in high-value, low sales velocity environments is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Track record of building marketing operations from the ground up
    , not just maintaining existing systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Experience supporting both enterprise and mid-market sales cycles is a plus.
