Talent Manager, HRIS Professional
Red Ember Recruitment on behalf of our client is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage the SAGE Position Management and Performance Management modules.
The HR Specialist will oversee end-to-end management of the SAGE modules supporting the organization’s HR strategies. This includes maintaining accurate organizational structures, position hierarchies and classifications, as well as managing performance management processes and system administration. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure system accuracy, data integrity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full lifecycle of position management within SAGE
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational structure
- Creating and updating organizational hierarchies
- Ensuring accurate representation of departmental structures
- Maintaining real-time position reporting lines
- Configure and maintain position hierarchies
- Manage position classifications and grades
- Ensure alignment between organizational and system representation
- Conduct regular audits of position management data
- Performance Management Module
- Oversee and support annual performance management processes
- Manage goal-setting and tracking mechanisms
- Ensure system reflects current performance management methodologies
- Provide ongoing support to users within performance management
- System Administration
- Maintain system integrity and data accuracy
- Conduct bulk updates when required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAGE HR systems
- Advanced knowledge of Position Management and Performance Management modules
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate-level SAGE HR system configuration
- Proficient in HR information systems
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
