What

You’ll Do
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure only the highest quality talent is presented to our clients.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to evaluate candidates against the latest technical standards.
  • Generate new leads through your IT network and proactively build your candidate pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders to understand hiring needs and departmental goals.
  • Write and post engaging technical job descriptions across job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Conduct interviews using a variety of methods (structured, technical, behavioral) to assess candidate fit.
  • Attend tech conferences, meetups, and networking events to connect with IT professionals.
  • Provide insights to clients on technological trends and future talent requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field (advantageous).
  • 4–5 years’ experience in IT/Tech recruitment, with a strong track record in technical hiring.
  • Proven client development or sales experience.
  • Hands-on experience with virtual interview platforms (Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts).
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical job requirements.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using Linked In Talent Solutions and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong tenacity, and a natural networker.
