HR and Finance Assistant

The HR & Finance Assistant will support both the Human Resources and Finance functions ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across employee administration, payroll support, and basic accounting activities. Proven experience with Sage Payroll is essential; exposure to Xero Accounting is considered advantageous.

• Manage employee records
• Respond to HR-related queries and provide policy support
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Manage employee benefits and track leave
• Ensure HR compliance
• Maintain financial records
• Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and audit preparation
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience using Sage Payroll
• Familiarity with Xero Accounting will be advantageous
• Experience in HR administration and/or finance support roles

• Finance or HR related degree
