Talent Manager
Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
As a Talent Partner, you'll be driving the full recruitment process for a high-profile financial services account. From crafting creative job descriptions to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, you’ll be the go-to expert for end-to-end talent delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to build strong relationships and provide a top-notch candidate experience.

What You’ll Be DoingTake ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for non-technical roles from job descriptions to advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build strong, trusted relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Source and engage exceptional talent across global markets.
Effectively assess candidates at screening and interview stages to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and engagement.
Map and research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative sourcing tools and platforms.
Manage complex candidate closes, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful hires.
Work effectively as part of a collaborative team, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge to continuously improve processes.
Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we exceed client expectations and add real value to the account.
At least 3 years’ experience in non-technical recruitment.
Full end-to-end recruitment experience is essential.
Experience in consulting & banking or RPO environments ideally with global exposure.
Strong ability to map talent and proactively source candidates across local and global markets.
Passion for recruitment and curiosity about talent markets and industry trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
Proactive, self-starting mindset, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
