The Desmond Tutu Health Foundation is currently recruiting for an experienced HRIS & Payroll Co-ordinator
. The HRIS & Payroll Co-ordinator will be responsible for implementing the organisation’s Payroll and HR systems, enabling accurate, compliant, and efficient HR operations. The role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing on Payspace, drive the implementation, optimisation, and support of HR systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Direct Hire, and Power BI dashboards. The incumbent will also ensure seamless system integration, manages Employee Self-Service (ESS), maintains data integrity, and deliver analytics and HR reporting to support Management decision-making.

By combining technical expertise with hands-on implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement, the role guarantees that all HR and payroll systems are secure, up-to-date, compliant, and aligned with statutory, donor, and organisational requirements.
