ProfileRecruitment & Selection of salary employees
Ensure staffing of LDC and permanent salary vacancies through recruitment, selection and placement of personnel in collaboration with relevant departments. Generate and coordinate offers of employment, contracts and onboarding documents for new staff members.
Recruitment & Selection of wage employees
Ensure staffing of temporary and permanent wage vacancies by means of recruitment, selection, testing and placement of personnel in collaboration with the Production Department. Generate and coordinate offers of employment and onboarding documents for new staff members. Maintain a database of wage role applicants for use in recruitment drives.
Conduct campus recruitment visits to recruit and promote the organisation to engineering students. Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees.
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. Maintain sound labour relations and advise management on applying disciplinary and grievance procedures. Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees and implement HR procedures and policies.
Performance Management
Assist with the yearly performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and goal setting.

Payroll
Ensure all employees are paid accurately and timely. Review weekly and monthly payrolls with the Payroll Administrator and Time & Attendance Administrator to ensure all inputs are accurately captured.

Ad‑hoc HR projects as required. Maintain and update Talent Soft.
