**** HR Operations Advisor
** To provide comprehensive and pragmatic Operational HR Support to Managers and Senior within a business context in line with company policies, procedures, legal requirements in order to create commercially focused solutions on people issues in line with business objectives.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Build strong professional relationships with Management teams and participate in Senior Management Team meetings
* Provide commercially focused advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues
* Raise awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives
* Produce Monthly HR report and HR statistics, strong
* Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings within the Business unit
* Lead the HR work stream on ad hoc projects e.g. restructuring, change management, Group HR initiatives
* Assist in adhoc projects/initiatives on behalf of the Group HR team
* Networking and building relationships within the wider HR team

* Minimum Requirements:

Qualification:
Human Resource Management/BCOM/Diploma in HR **(Completed)

* Minimum experience:
*** 2-3 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering role
* Previous BPO or corporate environment experience
