As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Talent Acquisition and Development Lead and deliver global recruitment and learning for IMA. You will ensure alignment with IMA's fair and consistent approach to recruitment, making recommendations to evolve practices and ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will be an ambassador for our culture and ensure our employee value proposition is reflected across all touchpoints.
What you’ll be doingProactively attract candidates via direct recruitment channels and manage our presence on Linked In and our website.
Promote and manage the applicant tracking system while ensuring candidate data remains compliant.
Consult with line managers on resource needs and train them to deliver consistent, legally compliant recruitment.
Ensure successful onboarding experiences and measure satisfaction rates for new employees and hiring managers.
Monitor market trends in benefits and salary benchmarking to aid in employee retention.
Develop relationships with diverse talent sources.
Working knowledge of current recruitment practices, including branding, advertising, interviewing, and offers.
Experience working in Creative Agency environments is a massive plus.
Experience managing acquisition tools such as Linked In, job boards, and applicant tracking systems such as Team Tailor.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent yourself and the business well.
Strong administrative organization and the ability to meet set deadlines while working independently.
A positive, proactive, and approachable attitude with a flexible approach to a fast-moving environment.
Up-to-date employment law knowledge required for talent acquisition.
