Remuneration Payroll Manager

Job Description

This position is based in Woodstock and involves the successful candidate to consistently provide strong leadership to the remuneration & payroll departments.

You will develop and implement remuneration and benefits solutions and practices in line with evolving business requirements of the group and ensure that all payroll processes are compliant with the relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years working experience

• FMCG experience

• Relevant qualification

• Payroll or Remuneration qualification is beneficial

• Experience with in a senior level position
