Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead the People & Culture agenda for our Global Creative Hub and Marketing Intelligence Hub. This role is ideal for a strong HR generalist who can balance operational excellence with strategic impact, delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with Hub Leadership and the global People team to shape culture, engagement, performance, and capability across a diverse creative workforce spanning 11 international markets within Incubeta.
Key Responsibilities
People Strategy & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted HR partner to Hub leadership, providing strategic and practical people guidance.
- Execute a comprehensive people plan aligned to business priorities, performance goals, and organisational culture.
- Coordinate with in-market HR teams on employment contracts, onboarding, policy alignment, and local labour law compliance.
- Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports creativity, collaboration, and client-centric delivery.
- Drive a consistent employee experience while respecting regional and cultural nuances across markets.
Performance Management & Talent Planning
- Collaborate with the local-HRs with structured performance cycles, including OKRs, feedback, and development planning.
- Establish and maintain talent mapping and succession planning for critical roles across both hubs.
- Analyse performance and engagement data to inform learning, development, and retention initiatives.
HR and Operational Excellence
- Own and continuously improve core people frameworks, including policies, handbooks, playbooks, and governance structures.
- Maintain an accurate and robust central employee database to support compliance, reporting, and decision-making.
- Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and policy management.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, proposing data-driven solutions.
- Partner with the global People team to localise and implement global people programmes and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align hiring strategies with evolving hub needs.
- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and role prioritisation across markets and disciplines.
- Contribute to employer branding and hiring quality through consistent processes and strong candidate experience.

The Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in building a high-performing, scalable People & Culture function across the hubs. Success will be reflected through:

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in creative, digital, marketing, or fast-paced professional services environments (highly desirable).
- Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Comfortable operating in complex, multicultural, multi-market environments.
