Manage the Full HR function for SA office, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance and HR operations while ensuring Global HR strategies and adherence to local labour laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (Masters preferred)
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations, compliance and L&
D. - HR Certification CIPD, SHRM preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
- Tech Savvy familiar with AI based and HR and learning tools
- Exp designing and executing L& D and engagement programs.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Global HR experience will be an advantage
