Looking for a Senior Recruiter in Cape Town, Century City.
Our client is a fast growing International Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultancy with a Technology solutions leg as well.

Must have GLOBAL recruitment experience in GCC region.

Build and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce plans and organizational priorities.

Education and Exp required:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
3-4 years exp in GCC region recruitment

Skills and knowledge:

Deep understanding of Global talent markets, sourcing methodologies and international labour laws.
Exceptional Communication skills
Expertise in full
-cycle global recruitment across multiple jurisdictions
Strong command of recruitment technologies, ATS and CRM system (Hub Spot preferred)
Competency based interviews, assessing technical, cultural and performance fit.
Ability to provide market intelligence on global talent trends, compensation and competitor practices.
