Moonlight Staffing LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to guiding them through the interview and hiring process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted strategies to identify and engage top talent.

Your expertise in different sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview processes will be critical in helping us meet our clients' needs efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Source and attract candidates using various tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage job postings and optimize ad placements to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
