We are seeking a results-oriented Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier executive and leadership talent.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization to understand strategic priorities and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven history of successfully filling executive-level roles across diverse markets.

This role requires flexibility to work hours aligned with the United States, Canada and the Philippines, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders across these time zones.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and leadership positions, from sourcing through placement.
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand organizational needs and succession plans.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies, leverage executive networks, and conduct talent mapping to attract exceptional candidates.
  • Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and oversee the interview and selection process.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure job postings reach the right audience effectively.
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Deliver a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
