Job Description
Looking for a strong and analytical candidate for a role in the remuneration & payroll department. You will be involved in and implement remuneration and benefits solutions and practices and ensure that all payroll processes are compliant
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven track record of functioning at a senior management level
• Understanding and experience in remuneration solutions and employee benefits
• Experience in FMCG sector.
• 8+ years relevant working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position
• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, HR or related field)
• Diploma in Payroll Management and/or Remuneration would be beneficial
• Knowledge of SAGE PEOPLE 300 would be beneficial
