Job Description
A Well-known FMCG company is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to incumbent will be responsible for the effective implementation and maintenance of the day-to-day HR activities. The role will provide HR support to Operations, influence and guidance to management on a range of issues including Talent acquisition, development & retention;
Industrial Relations;
Performance management;
Employment Equity as well as sound HR administration practices and processes.
Requirements:
• Relevant HR Qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferable), along with at least 5 years’ experience in a related role
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation
• Good time management and conflict management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Candidates must have strong IR exp in FMCG in highly-unionised environments and MUST have exp in Union Negotiations, CCMA and related(Food companies preferable)
