- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and leadership positions, from sourcing through placement.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand organizational needs and succession plans.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies, leverage executive networks, and conduct talent mapping to attract exceptional candidates.
- Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations and oversee the interview and selection process.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure job postings reach the right audience effectively.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent for current and future opportunities.
- Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Deliver a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Proven experience in recruiting executive and senior‑level talent across multiple regions.
- Deep understanding of leadership competencies and executive search methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working within a BPO environment.
