• Client & Candidate Relationship Management

  Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process

  Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding.
• Compliance & Documentation
  :
  Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing.
• Database & CRM Management
  :
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities.
• Sales & Business Development
  :
  Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
• Market Research & Strategy

• Education
  : A relevant degree or diploma is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience

  Minimum of 2-3 years in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or international recruitment.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
