Mission for the Role :

To ensure all Nox-managed properties consistently meet brand standards by conducting accurate, detailed Property Condition Inspections. The Quality Inspector confirms properties are guest-ready, identifies improvement opportunities, and delivers clear inspection reports that support partners, guests, and internal teams. L uxury residential property experience is preferable for this role.

Salary ( R25 000.00 - R35 000.00)

• Accurate, detailed property condition reporting
• Consistent compliance with Nox brand standards
• Clear, actionable improvement recommendations
• Reliable inspection volume and reporting cadence

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 10 inspections per week
• Complete comprehensive Property Condition Report covering cleanliness, maintenance, safety, functionality, and presentation
• Submit inspection reports within agreed SLAs
• Escalate all housekeeping issues to the Housekeeping Team
• Update constructions status
• Inspect and provide feedback on Airbnb flagged listings

• Report Turnaround: 100% delivered within SLA

• Critical Issue Escalation: 100% escalated within 24 hours

Improvement & Prevention

• Actionable Recommendations: ≥ 2 per inspection (where applicable)
• Repeat Issue Reduction: Year-on-year reduction in recurring issues
