A luxury hospitality firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced hospitality professional. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins, addressing billing queries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury environment, and strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and fluency in English are essential.
