Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ship Ready Butler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and a strong attention to detail. As a Ship Ready Butler, you will be responsible for providing personalized and attentive service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal belongings

- Provide personalized service to guests, including but not limited to: unpacking and packing luggage, arranging dining reservations and activities, and attending to any special requests

- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest cabins and public areas

- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, including providing recommendations and suggestions for onboard activities and excursions

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Work closely with other onboard staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Follow all safety and security protocols onboard the ship

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
