Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a Seasonal Spa Hostess for a luxury hotel in Tokai, Western Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and organised individual to support spa operations during a busy seasonal period.

Role Overview

The Seasonal Spa Hostess will ensure smooth daily spa operations, provide excellent guest service, and support therapists and management in delivering a high-quality spa experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs at the spa

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment

• Assist therapists with preparation and guest needs

• Manage bookings, appointments, and treatment schedules

• Provide information on spa treatments and products

• Support the spa team in administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or spa reception/guest services advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
