A leading catering management company in Cape Town is seeking experienced Catering Managers to lead operations at various facilities. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong culinary skills to oversee meal production, maintain high standards of food preparation, and manage kitchen staff. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in healthcare catering, and a formal qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.

This position offers a competitive salary of ZAR 20 – 30k CTC, depending on experience.
