Grade (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification); A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. NB:

Key Performance AreasProvide registry counter services;
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Render an effective filing and record management service both manually and electronically;
Operate office machines in relation to the registry function;
Process documents for archiving and/or disposal and rendering a scanning service at the Walk-in-Centre;
It will be advantageous to have experience in a registry support working environment.
A good understanding of the following: Registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer;
Legislative framework governing the Public Service;
Storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment;
Work in registry.
Skills needed: Computer;
Planning and organising;
Good verbal and written Communication;
Numeracy;
Literacy.
