Overview

We are looking for an experienced Medical Secretary to join our dynamic and fast-paced practice. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in a busy medical practice who thrives in an organised, high-pressure environment. A background in aesthetic medicine is a bonus but not essential.

As a key part of our team, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations, support our medical professionals, and provide top-tier patient service with minimal supervision.

• Manage patient appointments, billing, and records with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations
• Assist with administrative tasks to optimise the practice’s workflow
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients

• 3-5 years of experience as a medical secretary in a busy practice
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office
