GROUP FINANCIAL MANAGER

The Group Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning of the group and its subsidiaries. This role ensures financial integrity, regulatory compliance, robust internal controls, and provides strategic insight to support executive decision-making and sustainable growth across the group.

• Financial Reporting & Consolidation
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Compliance, Tax & Governance
• Risk Management & Internal Controls
• Team Leadership & Development
• Strategic Business Partnering

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
• 3-5 years post article experience
• Experience managing multi-entity/group structures.
• Advanced Excel
