What will you do?
1st line business support helpdesk for systems like XPLAN via 4
Me (Business processes and tools)System navigation and user supportInvestigate, analyse, resolve and advise on support issues in XPLAN support environment (not limited to but main focus)Building relationships with end users to continuously look at how we can improve their daily challengesRegression testing of UAT and production upgradesConduct system monitoring & morning checks and mapping of accountsProactive monitoring of daily recons to ensure client portfolios are always balancedLiaise with vendors to ensure timeous problem resolutionWork with project teams to investigate complex issues, identify and implement solutionsWork in partnership with other departments ensuring correct allocation of issues raised by the businessMaintain appropriate levels of procedural documentationAdhere to appropriate departmental procedures and practices (such as auditing requirements, control procedures and incident management procedures)Communicate with end users and building relationshipsData analysis: identify trends and recommend possible solutionsQualification and Experience
Tertiary qualification or a relevant qualificationXPLAN application experience (recommended)Problem solving exposure at business levelCommitment to performing routine as well as investigation/analysis work tasksAbility to solve complex problemsUnderstand and develop the business support team competencyFinancial Service / Stockbroking experience beneficialKnowledge and skills
