- A high-growth tech-enabled business is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale its finance function. This is a hands-on senior role for a CA(SA) who can balance strong financial control with commercial and strategic input.
- Lead the finance function end‑to‑end, including reporting, controls, and compliance
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare board and investor reporting
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions
- Lead finance systems and ERP implementation
- Support fundraising and long‑term exit readiness
- Build and develop the finance team
- CA(SA) qualification
- 5+ years post‑articles experience
- Big audit firm background
- Strong technical and commercial finance capability
- Experience in high‑growth environments advantageous
