A well-established organisation within the retail sector with exposure to FMCG and similar environments is seeking a CFO / Head of Finance to join their leadership team in Richwood Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader who combines strategic thinking with full financial function execution.

• CA(SA) qualification
• 5 years post-qualification experience
• Minimum 2 years experience at a Financial Manager level
• Industry exposure to retail (preferred) FMCG or similar sectors
• Strong strategic leadership capability
• Proven hands-on full financial function experience

• Full financial function with hands-on involvement
• Strategic financial leadership and decision support
• Financial reporting and performance analysis
• Budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
• Supporting operational and executive leadership
• Ensuring compliance governance and financial controls
