Responsibilities
A leading Private Equity Boutique based in Cape Town is currently seeking an experienced Equity Analyst to join their team of professionals. The role is ideal for professionals who are performance driven, with a high technical ability and problem solving attitude.
The role will be responsible for in-depth research, extensive financial modelling, providing financial evaluation of investments, supporting investment processes and supporting negotiations on behalf of the firm.
Requirements- Private Equity, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Experience
- Previous transaction experience on either the buy or sell side
