• Manage and maintain full accounting functions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee cashbook management, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly payment schedules and reconciliations of supplier and debtor accounts.
• Support tax and compliance processes, including VAT and provisional tax calculations.
• Assist with budget preparation and analysis, monitoring actuals against projections.
• Provide support during audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accuracy across general ledger postings and ensure proper coding of transactions.
• Utilise financial systems and accounting software (e.g. SAGE X3) to streamline and manage financial processes.
• Prepare management reports and assist with financial reviews for the Group Financial Manager and Directors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ solid accounting experience, ideally at a senior level.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (experience with SAGE X3 will be an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
