We have an opportunity to expand our finance team to provide an additional support layer to our clients, finance teams, and projects area.

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Location: Cape town

Workplace: Onsite

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is essential
  • A master's degree in finance, business administration (MBA), or a related field can be advantageous and may lead to higher-level roles
  • Certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • ACA or ACCA preferably
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Compliance
  • Strategic thinking
  • Analytical skills
  • Leadership
  • Communication

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of daily financial operations (including bookkeeping)
  • Internal controls
  • Banking and Cash Management
  • Tax compliance (Income Tax, VAT, Employee Taxes)
  • Support HR in payroll & other activities
  • Audits and Statutory Reporting
  • Support FP&A in variance analysis & seeking of efficiencies.
