Working Hours:

10pm – 6am

Position Overview:

The KYC Analyst – Investor Services will support our existing and new clients, communicating efficiently and effectively when assisting clients with any queries they may have. They will deliver fantastic client service with a focus on building and strengthening relationships.

Responsibilities:

People

• Contribute to team deliverables by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time, following established templates and processes
• Seek feedback and apply learning promptly to ensure your development and goals are met.
• Confidently communicate with clients and investors over the phone and email, fostering a culture of “How can we help”.

Process

• Understand and follow all current processes.
• Reviewing of the adequacy and appropriateness of investor profiles and structures and to make a sound reasoned judgement, based on knowledge.
• Understand the system design, how it is applied and how best to utilise it for client satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively suggest process and system improvements to maximize efficiency.

System

• Support the use of technology in all processes to control risk and improve efficiency.
• Understand the system design and how it is applied.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sonata One process maps and guides and demonstrate understanding of how the platform supports these processes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Stimulated by delivering excellent client services resulting in strengthened relationships
• Knowledge of KYC/ Due Diligence and an understanding of complex structures in the Fund world.
• Proactive and organized, working efficiently and accurately within the defined processes.
• Self-starting with excellent communication and capable of working with light supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the Finance Industry is advantageous.
• Previous knowledge of Corporate Structures is advantageous.
