Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations in South Africa, as well as experience in providing tax consultation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations

Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations

Identify tax savings opportunities for clients

Assist clients with tax audits and other tax-related issues

Stay current on changes to tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Certified Tax Practitioner (CTP) qualification preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Consultant

Strong knowledge of South African tax laws and regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
