• Ideal:
  Previous client service experience in retail, financial, or banking settings.

• Minimum:
  Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational equivalent.
• Ideal:
  Knowledge of bank branch environments; familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal processes.

• Minimum:
  Basic calculations; interpersonal skills; ambition and eagerness to learn.
• Ideal:
  Understanding of bank branch operations; knowledge of Capitec Banks products and internal workflows.

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Detectable fingerprints in Capitec Banks internal electronic banking system.
