Event Assistant – Weekend College Students

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues (booths, signage, tables, etc.)
• Greet and direct event attendees, answering questions and providing support
• Manage event registration desks and distribute promotional materials
• Support vendors, speakers, and performers with logistics
• Monitor event flow and elevate any issues to the supervisor
• Collect feedback from guests and help with post‑event reporting
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the event
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (any major)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high‑energy environments
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
• Basic organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Ability to work on your feet for several hours
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)

• No prior work experience required
• Previous involvement in college clubs, cultural fests, or volunteer events will be a plus

• Weekends Only (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Shifts typically range from 4 to 8 hours per event
