Job Description Responsibilities- Processing client payments following internal procedures, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify authenticity of documents such as identity documents, bank account verification and other relevant paperwork.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assisting players with payment‑related queries and resolving any issues that arise during transactions.
- Identify and mitigate potential fraudulent activities, ensuring the security of financial transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and Risk and Trading, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor transactions for fraud and security purposes.
- Generate and analyze payment processing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
- Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint). – Strongly Required.
- Highly detail‑oriented to ensure accuracy in processing payments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using payment processing systems and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues efficiently.
- Previous experience in financial transactions, banking, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines.
