Job Description Responsibilities
  • Processing client payments following internal procedures, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and verify authenticity of documents such as identity documents, bank account verification and other relevant paperwork.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assisting players with payment‑related queries and resolving any issues that arise during transactions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential fraudulent activities, ensuring the security of financial transactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and Risk and Trading, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor transactions for fraud and security purposes.
  • Generate and analyze payment processing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint). – Strongly Required.
  • Highly detail‑oriented to ensure accuracy in processing payments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using payment processing systems and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues efficiently.
  • Previous experience in financial transactions, banking, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines.
