Customer Service Rep
We are looking for an Event Reviewer to join our fast-paced operations team. This role is central to maintaining the highest safety standards by identifying fatigue behaviour and risk indicators from short video clips and live monitoring platforms. You will be reviewing 12-second Risk clips in real time, assessing for signs of fatigue, risk, or unsafe driving behaviour, and ensuring immediate action is taken to alert drivers and customers.
Accuracy, concentration, and urgency are essential to success in this position.
You will form part of a 24-hour operation, working on a rotational shift basis that includes 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, covering days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and maintains focus in a high-volume, high-stakes environment.
