Tourplan Senior Rates Administrator; Inbound

Are you adept at multi-tasking, have a keen eye for detail, organised and have a solid understanding of contracting and STO rate structures?
Then this could be the right fit to kick-start your 2026! Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain their Tourplan NX system, ensuring seamless operations across their travel group.

A typical day will involve troubleshooting Tourplan system issues, handling queries from users as well as liaising with the Products Department regarding contract queries. Must be proficient in Tourplan NX with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in loading rates, new suppliers and creditors as well as maintaining Tourplan content. Knowledge of Papertrail storage system advantageous.
