Develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to specific player segments, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROIDesign and manage comprehensive loyalty programs aimed at rewarding and retaining our most valuable players, including VIP schemes, loyalty points, and exclusive perksCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of promotions and alignment with overall business objectivesMonitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of promotions and loyalty initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvementStay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to loyalty and promotions within the iGaming landscapeMaintain a deep understanding of player preferences and behavior, utilizing insights to personalize promotional offerings and drive engagementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all promotional activities, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as neededRequirements for this Loyalty and Promotions Specialist job in Cape Town :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and retention strategiesProven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to drive measurable resultsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trendsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software preferred
