As the largest global pure‑play sustainability consultancy, ERM has over 50 years of experience across 40+ countries. This 12‑month paid internship provides structured learning, real project exposure, and the opportunity to work alongside leading technical specialists.
About the ProgrammeDuring your internship, you will gain:

- Degree in Engineering, OHS, Risk Management.
- Interest in risk assessments and compliance.
- Comfort in industrial or site environments.
- Degree in Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science.
- Understanding of groundwater and surface water systems.
- Willingness for fieldwork.
- Degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or similar.
- Understanding of geological or mining processes.
- Degree in Sustainability, Climate Studies, Environmental Economics.
- Understanding of GHG accounting and ESG frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
- Support ESIA tasks and research.
- Assist with fieldwork and reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science/Management/Engineering.

- Support species surveys and ecological assessments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Ecology, Zoology, Botany, Biodiversity, etc.
- BCom or business‑related degree.
- Interest in SaaS and digital compliance.
- Recent graduate (last 24 months).
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Work with world‑class sustainability experts.
