Network Voice Engineer

As a Network Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering the latest technology in voice networking. You'll work on the front-line of network infrastructure and design, implement and manage networks that are designed to meet our business needs. As a member of an IT department, your role is crucial to ensure the smooth running of our business operations.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a major in Computer Science or Engineering required
• Cisco CCNP Collaboration (any specialization)
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure (any specialization)
• Advantage:
  Fortinet NSE 4
• Understanding and experience in network switching and routing (EIGRP/BGP) in a Cisco environment
• Good understanding of network cabling infrastructure and standards in an operational environment, experience with UTP and fibre installations and managing cabling contractors
• Understanding and experience in Cisco wireless deploying Cisco wireless LAN Controllers and WiFi Access Points using Flex Connect
• Understanding and experience in the use of Cisco ISE in the management of networking devices (i.e. TACACS). Experience with Cisco NAC would be an advantage
• Understanding of SD-WAN in a cisco and/or Fortigate environment and network connectivity over the Internet (IPSec Tunnels, and QoS)
• Understanding and experience in Fortigate firewalls
• A good understanding and experience in a Cisco Collaboration environment:
  Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, CUCX etc. Experience and knowledge of SAMWIN and Calabrio would be an advantage
• Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco telephones and Cisco UCS servers etc
• Experience and understanding of Cisco voice gateways (SRST), and Cisco Cube SIP Gateways
• Experience with video conferencing using Webex and/or MS Teams
• Understanding and experience in a Cloud Environment (MS Azure)
• Experience with network management tools:
  Solarwinds, Zabbix/Graphana
