A highly specialised aerospace engineering environment is seeking a Procurement Manager with a can‑do attitude and strong experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically demanding environments, enjoys negotiating favourable agreements, and takes ownership of end‑to‑end procurement processes. You will play a key role in acquiring high‑quality goods, components, and services, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule and quality requirements.

• Procurement Leadership
  :
  Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes for materials, components, consumables and services.
• Supplier Negotiation & Management
  :
  Negotiate agreements, maintain supplier relationships, resolve non‑conformances and ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with engineering, project management, quality and finance teams to meet technical requirements and project schedules.
• Process Optimisation & Risk Management
  :
  Evaluate sourcing channels, develop risk mitigation strategies, conduct supplier audits, maintain procurement records and optimise cost efficiency.
• Reporting & Analysis
  :
  Provide regular updates to management on procurement efficiency, perform cost analyses and benchmark supplier performance.

• Qualifications
  :
  
  B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• Experience
  : 2+ years in procurement, supply chain or purchasing, in precision or aerospace engineering.
• Technical Skills & Knowledge
  :
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project specifications
  • Understanding of Export/Import Control regulations and Incoterms
  • Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems
  • Supplier relationship and inventory management
  • Strategic sourcing, commercial judgement and supply chain compliance
